• Question: does your work save the enviroment

      Hi the big little man,

      Saying that my work would save the environment is probably a bit too much! However, if I’m successful in my project and my design gets used by companies, it would help reducing airplane fuel consumption as they would become more efficient. This has a positive and direct impact in the environment, so it would definitely help.

      However, we can only save the environment if we all contribute. Not just with engineering, but by being responsible citizens. For example, if we all turn off the lights when we don’t need them, recycle and sort our waste, adjust the thermostat before leaving home or walking when the day is nice out instead of driving, we would be much closerof saving the world.
