• Question: what do you make as an engineer

      Hey, thanks for the question.

      At the moment, I make walls and cones (we call them the world’s most expensive flowerpot) to try and get complete builds and understand how all the different variables affect the process. Walls and cones are easy to make so it means I can build things quickly and then test them.

      If you can google ‘WAAMMat’ – you can see all the cool, complicated parts that Cranfield University has made using the same process I work on.

      We’ve also built armour plates and lots of other things I can’t talk about!

      (p.s. Is that what you mean or did you mean my wage?)
